Finally things are moving on the Aditya Chopra-Rani Mukherji front. Adi,
a source at YRF informs us, has moved out of his parents' home and shifted
to what was once Yash Raj's office at Vikas Park, conveniently close to
Janki Kutir where Rani's new bungalow is. Ironically, estranged wife Payal
also lives in the vicinity.
Not just geographically close, Payal also remains in Adi's life professionally.
She is on the board of Yash Raj films and makes it a point to be at the
YRF studios, which she helped do up, as often as she can. Rani too, our
source says, is often at the Andheri studio and it's a wonder that the
two women don't often bump into each other. And if the usually-grumpy
look on Rani's face has been replaced by a more affable expression put
it down to her recent jaunts abroad with Adi.
