Movie Review: ‘Khanna & Iyer’

2007 would see number of films coming from the production house of Subhash Ghai. Most of them are small films that would be introducing new talent, both from front and behind the camera.

It is expected to be one of the first to arrive this summer. A lighthearted romantic entertainer that marks the directorial debut of Hemant Hegde, the film also acts as the launch pad of newcomers Sarvar Ahuja and Aditi Sharma.

Director: Hemant Hegde, the director who will make his foray in Hindi cinema with this small budget film coming from the banner of Subhash Ghai’s ‘Mukta Tele Media’ has his hands full even before his debut film releases.

Hegde has been signed to make a silent comedy for Adlabs after ‘Khanna and Iyer’. He is a Bangalore based filmmaker who has directed three Kannada films earlier. He was an actor before he turned director.
