‘Go Boooommm…’ is the new Bolly mantra. At least that’s what the makers of ‘Shakalaka Boom Boom’ would want us to believe. A movie, which looks at the dark side of the music world.

Director : Since ‘Ek Rishta’ is 2001, Director Suneel Darshan has delivered only duds in the name of movies.

‘Talaash’, ‘Barsaat’, ‘Mere Jeevan Saathi, and ‘Dosti’, just came and went, with only the last-mentioned making some dent – that too at the British Box-office.

Forced to change his stance, Suneel is now going cool and trendy with his new venture called ‘Shakalaka Boom Boom’.

The first teasers are out on the small screen and, yes, the images confirm that the Rs. 20 Crore biggie is set in the world of pop music.
